This piece was created by placing glass scraps into a ceramic mold with holes on the bottom and heating the glass high enough for it to flow through the holes and onto the shelf. I didn't know what it was going to look like until I opened the kiln. In this case I was very happy with the watercolor appearance of the glass and the flow of colors. It is thicker than normal and this gives the pattern more depth.
It looks good from all angles and could be placed on a dividing wall. The metal stand is included.
